Casal Sta Maria Late Harvest is a late harvest wine produced with Petit Manseng from Colares in the Lisboa wine region. The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature, very low temperatures until the wine reaches it the alcoholic degree of 12%. The wine stays in French oak barrels for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Casal Sta Maria Late Harvest presents delicious tropical fruit flavours, such as passion fruit, pineapple, and citric fruits. It´s is sweet, citric with touches of honey and bee wax, ending with balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
