Winemaking:
Grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press. The interruption of fermentation takes place at the desired degree of sweetness by addingbrandy. The batchs aged in French oak casks during 5 years by the “canteiro” method.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at (12ºC) and kept at a cool and stabilized temperature (19ºC).
