Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita is an elegant and fresh rosé wine from the Dão region. On the nose, it presents aromas of fruits of the forest, such as raspberries and blackberries, and small floral nuances. In the mouth, it is elegant and complex with a long and harmonious finish.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita is a rosé wine produced with red grapes from Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Quinta dos Carvalhais is an elegant and harmonious rosé wine that presents us with remarkable aromas of red fruits and fruits of the forest. In the mouth it is very engaging and fresh, with balanced acidity and a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
