Winemaking:
Buçaco is a luxurious red wine produced with centenary red grape varieties of Baga from old vines of the Bairrada and Dão wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in oak barrels, letting nature take its course for 28 days. After the fermentation process, the wine has maturated in new's French and Hungarian oak barrels for 24 months, and it has been subjected to regular stirring, prior to the wine has been stabilized, filtrated, and bottled.

Buçaco is a fine red wine, aromatically robust and austere in its tannic structure. It is a red wine that expresses perfect aromas of macerated black fruits, floral notes, Mediterranean nuances and balsamic scents. It is an elegant red wine, concentrated and has fantastic acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 14°C to 16°C.
