Cadão Douro PM is a red wine from the Douro wine region produced from red grapes from old vines, carefully selected, and presents huge concentration, notes of ripe black fruits and wild red fruits, nuances of mint and vanilla. It is a rich red wine, with opulent and round tannins together with very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Cadão Douro PM is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of old vines from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated for a short period with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation process has taken place. Then the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has remained for 12 months prior to being bottled. The wine has remained further 6 months prior to being offered for sale.

Cadão Douro PM is an extraordinarily complex and elegant red Douro wine produced from red grapes of old vines. It is a red wine that presents notes of ripe black fruits, highlighting flavours of blackberries and cherries, along with torn notes of mint, vanilla and spices. With ripe and austere tannins, a dense core and concentrated in fruit, it is a fresh, fruity red wine with very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
