Carm Grande Reserva Red is a wine that represents the entire identity of the region of the Douro Valley. After manual harvesting and selection of the best berries, the grapes were de-stemmed, gently crushed and then subjected to a very rapid temperature drop. A period of cold pre-fermentation immersion followed for about 12 to 24 hours, and fermentation in wooden vats occurred under temperature control between 24 and 26 ° C. Store and Serve Advices:

Oboé Som da Barrica is an intense and opulent red wine from the Douro Region. Of austere and sharped tannins, it's wonderfully balanced between ripe black fruit aromas, freshness, and persistence. It has a very well integrated oak notes with its acidity. It features lively ripe tannins, with violet, cedar and mineral aromas that linger in a very persistent finish.
Pêra Doce Edição Especial is a red wine with a silky and mineral structure. Displays fantastic aromatic intensity, aromas of very ripe black fruits, balsamic hints, black pepper and notes of dried tobacco leaves and extraordinarily acidity.
