Pessoa Wines Blend is an elegant and irreverent red wine from the Douro Region, marked by pronounced ripe red fruit aromas, clean, with wonderful mineral notes, of granitic rock and moist soil, notes of vanilla and a sharped and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Pessoa Wines Blend is a red wine produced with indigenous red grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz from the Douro region. After grapes being triturated, the wine was fermented for 6 days, in contact of the skins and the stalks, at controlled temperatures. 30% of the batch has transferred to new's French oak barrels, where it has stayed for 6 months, and the rest batch has stayed in stainless steel vats prior to being blended and bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes:
Pessoa Wines Blend is a young, elegant and delicious red wine from the Douro Region, marked by a huge aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruit aromas such as raspberries, redcurrants, and blueberries, floral and sharp tannins and a fantastique acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
