Casa dos Amados Pipa Rosa Rufete Reserva is a red wine with complex aromas and an open bouquet. It presents notes of ripe black fruits, displaying hints of berries, cherries and blackberries, along with balsamic aromas, elegant tannins and subtle acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa dos Amados Pipa Rosa Rufete Reserva s is a red wine produced with red Rufete grape variety, an autochthone red grape variety from the Beira Interior wine region. After the fermentation process, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, 25% of the batch was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation, for 3 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
