Casa Dos Amados Todos Baga is a red wine with intense aromas of red fruits, elegant and fresh. It presents dominant notes of blackberries, cherries and ripe plums, along with balsamic touches, vanilla, notes of dried black tea leaves and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Baga is a red wine produced with red Baga grape varieties, a red grape variety autochthones from the Bairrada wine region. After the fermentation process, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.
