Cortes de Cima Amphora is a wonderful red wine from the Alentejo fermented in amphoras of pure clay, (traditional clay vessels not coated with varnish). It features fantastic aromas of ripe red fruit with earthy notes offering depth and complexity. It has juicy and round tannins, and it has a long and fresh finish.

Cortes de Cima Amphora is a red wine produced with Aragonêz, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira red grapes from the region of Alentejo. After a prolonged maceration the fermentation process occurred at low and controlled temperatures in traditional clay amphoras, staying in it, for 12 months until bottling.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
