Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Vinha Senna is a markedly mineral and robust red wine from the Dão region. Of austere and imposing tannins, it is a wine that exudes the best aromas of perfectly mature black fruits, along with notes of spices and cacao. It also presents notes of extraordinary wood and great acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Vinha Senna is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, and Jaen from the Dão Region. It has macerated for 14 days at cold, in granitic Lagares, and it has fermented there, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to used French oak barrels of 225 liters, where it has stayed for 18 months, prior to being bottled.

Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Senna Vine is a complex, intensely aromatic and mineral red wine from the Dão region. It has extraordinary aromas of ripe black fruits such as cherries, plums, and blackberries, seasoned with notes of moist soil, cocoa, and vanilla along with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
