Musgo is an elegant, fresh, and fruity red wine from the Dão wine region. Characterised by its fruity nature, it displays an expressive nose with notes of ripe red fruit, floral hints, rockrose and resin notes, along with vibrant tannins and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Musgo is a red wine made from Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Pinheira, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional red grape varieties planted in the Dão wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine was subjected to regular stirring for 8 months prior to being bottled.

Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Pinheira, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Musgo is an intensely aromatic and fruity red wine that displays delicious aromas of ripe red fruits, complemented by floral notes and mineral hints. With elegant and succulent tannins, it finishes exhibiting mineral notes that give it freshness and purity, and a very delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The wine bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
