Fita Preta Tinto de Castelão Reserva is a red wine from the Alentejo region that stands out for its elegance and light body. It is a medium-bodied wine with intriguing aromatic complexity. Winemaking:
Fita Preta Tinto de Castelão Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes from Castelão of the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained, for 24 months prior to being bottled. After the wine was bottled it was stayed further 20 months into the bottle prior to being released to the market.

Fita Preta Red from Castelão Reserva is a very elegant and fine red wine from the Alentejo region. It presents open notes of ripe wild fruits, balsamic aromas and notes of smoke with a light and very light body. It is an intriguing and powerful red wine, light but complex, with good minerality and fine acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
