Pêra Doce Edição Especial is a red wine with a silky and mineral structure. Displays fantastic aromatic intensity, aromas of very ripe black fruits, balsamic hints, black pepper and notes of dried tobacco leaves and extraordinarily acidity.
Winemaking:
Pêra Doce Edição Especial is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French and American oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Pêra Doce Edição Especial is a red wine with an elegant, fresh and harmonious aromatic profile. It highlights notes of black fruits, such as aromas of blackberries, plums and ripe black cherries, together with delicate balsamic aromas and a very delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
