Quinta do Valdoeiro Syrah is a red wine from the region of Bairrada full of aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, notes of vanilla and tobacco. It is a wine of velvety texture, dense and with tannins full of black fruit. It has a very fresh and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Valdoeiro Syrah is a red wine produced only with Syrah grapes from the region of Bairrada. After a long maceration, the fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperatures. The wine was stayed, for 14 months, in oak barrels before bottling.
