Purple grenade color. Complex aromas of ripe black fruit, black cherries and blueberries. In the mouth it is elegant, with the predominance of the notes of the fruit and the vanilla coming from the aging in wood. The wine has a very perfect balance between acidity and fruit, has a good structure of tannins, is long and persistent.
Winemaking:
After the harvest, the grapes were carefully selected to guarantee the optimum state of maturation. They were destemmed, pressed, following the fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine was subjected to a very prolonged maceration of the skins to improve the aroma of fruits and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. The wine aged in French oak barrels and American oak barrels for 8 months until bottled.
