São Domingos Reserva is an elegant, intense and aromatic wine from the Bairrada region. It's marked by floral aromas and ripe red fruits, it features subtle nuances of wood and vanilla along with a well-defined and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Sao Domingos Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Baga, Touriga Nacional, and Merlot planted in the region of Bairrada. After a long period of maceration, in contact of the skins and the stalks, at cold for 7 days, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in oak casks. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to 2 and 3 years used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 10 months prior to being bottled.

Baga, Touriga Nacional, Merlot.

São Domingos Reserva is a structured and elegant red wine from the Region of Bairrada which combines its austere and sharp tannins with delicious floral and red fruit aromas, slightly smoked notes and subtle vanilla scents. It is a red wine persistent with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
