Crasto Superior Syrah features a dark purple colour. It has an excellent aroma intensity, with complex notes of wild berry fruit that are well balanced with fresh cocoa hints. It's a red wine with an extraordinary volume and structure, with fresh, velvety-textured tannins and fine acidity. It has a fresh, balanced and lingering ending.
Winemaking:
Crasto Superior Syrah is a red wine resulting by the blend of 97% Syrah and 3% Viogner from Douro Superior. The grapes after the harvest were rigorously inspected on a sorting table on the arrival to the cellar. The grapes were then completely destemmed and slightly crushed. After this, the must were transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, ageing 16 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Crasto Superior Syrah features a dark tannins and the a mineral structure. it has plenty of black fruits contrasting with immense acidity and tannins. Everything is well integrated with pleasant notes of wild berry fruit and delicate floral sensations.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
