Dom Bella is an elegant red wine, extremely complex and intensely aromatic. It expresses ripe aromas of red fruits, such as blackberries, cherries, and raspberries, floral nuances, fragrances of violet, spices, and notes of vanilla. It is a full-bodied, complex, mineral wine with austere tannins supported by great acidity.
Winemaking:
Dom Bella is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional from the Dão wine region. The wine was subjected to a long cold maceration before the fermentation process. Then the fermentation process took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Dom Bella is a robust, complex, and intensely aromatic red wine from the Dão wine region. It displays intense aromas of ripe red fruits, floral notes, spices, and balsamic nuances. It presents juicy and austere tannins, mineral notes, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
