DSF Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex, elegant red wine from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region, that presents aromas of clear ripe black fruits with great intensity. It has a robust and concentrated structure, which exhibits delicate balsamic notes, fleshy tannins and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
DSF Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon red grapes planted in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal. After a short maceration period, the must was transferred to oak vats where fermentation took placed, at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact witl lees, for 12 months, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

DSF Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex, rich and deliciously aromatic red wine. It displays ripe black fruit notes, along with balsamic notes and delicate floral fragrances. It is a wine with clear and delicate aromas, robust and soft tannins and a profoundly elegant acidity..
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
