Duas Quintas is a clear and bright Red Wine, it has an intense, dark garnet colour with red reflections. A fresh and penetrating aroma where floral and ploughtail scents dominate and are subsequently replaced by ripe fruit, plum and fig aroma. In the mouth, the wine is dense and fresh, with silky tannins that leave a good finish, with hints of red fruits such as cherries.

Winemaking:
To produce Duas Quintas, the grapes were hand-picked, pressed, de-stalked and then fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of no more than 25 degrees celsius. Maceration continues for long enough to produce a wine with the desired body and structure. Following malolactic fermentation in vats, 25% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, while the rest remains in stainless steel. The wine is bottled 18 months later.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Adega de Borba Garrafeira is a red wine that expresses itself in an exuberant, intense character, loaded with fruit and aromatic complexity. It presents a dense and closed bouquet of aromas of macerated red fruits, notes of dark chocolate, balsamic nuances, very round tannins, and very elegant acidity.
Herdade dos Grous Reserva it's a full-bodied Red Wine and it reveals a darkly purple colour, with long wood-aging leaving traces of spice and toast. The fruit is rich and complex, with firm tannins. It is still young and will need some time but for sure it will be an outstanding red wine from Alentejo.
Rapa Lobos is a young red wine, fruity and delicately floral. It presents clean and polished aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of violet and rosemary. It is a pure, vibrant red wine with very soft and fruity tannins.
Quinta do Grifo Grande Reserva is an elegant, opulent, austere and mineral red wine from the Douro region. It presents impressive notes of aromatic freshness, highlighting the aromas of very ripe black fruits, well balanced with spices and elegant smoked notes. It ends in a very balanced acidity.
Chryseia 2011 it's a powerful, concentrated wine. It has great density and structure. It shows the quality of the vintage, rich and fruity, elegant and poise. It show's a smooth, ripe, black fruit character underpinned by firm tannins. It's ready to drink from 2017. Sold Out
