Herdade Aldeia de Cima Myndru is a complex and mineral red wine, with an elegant body, aromas of macerated red fruits, delicious mineral notes and a very delicate aromatic bouquet. It is a red wine with strong expressions, with smooth earthy notes, subtly silky and rich tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Myndru is a red wine produced with red grapes from the Tinta Grossa, Baga and Alfrocheiro varieties planted in the wine region of Alentejo. The grapes were vinified in clay amphorae separately and fermented at a controlled temperature. The batches aged in amphorae for 12 months, before being mixed and bottled.

Herdade Aldeia de Cima Myndru is a red wine that presents an extraordinary aromatic elegance, vigorous and firm structure and a delicate floral bouquet. It presents smooth earthy mineral notes, aromas of berries and red fruits macerated together with imposing tannins and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
