Encosta do Sobral Vinha da Serra Syrah is an elegant and fruity red wine, presenting a bouquet of aromas of ripe wild berries such as blackberries and raspberries enveloped in balsamic notes, vanilla and spices, and a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Encosta do Sobral Vinha da Serra Syrah is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah planted in the Tejo wine region. The grapes were vinified at controlled temperatures in oak vats. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, where it was subjected to regular stirring during the last 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
The wine bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
