Evel Reserva is a rich and fruity wine from The Douro Region. It's a wine intensely fragrant, with lots of red fruit aromas, with a good structure and robust tannins. It features a wonderful freshness, minerality and great acidity.
Winemaking:
Evel Reserva is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes of the Douro Valley as Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in French oak barrels for 12 months, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Evel Reserva is a structured and fruity red wine from The Douro Region, intensely aromatic, loaded with ripe fruit aromas, dense and firm tannins and hints of delicious vanilla. It spreads lots of minerality and it features a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
