Familia Silva Branco is a rich and full-bodied red wine. It has clear aromas of red fruits, balsamic notes, and spices. With elegant and juicy tannins, it expresses fresh and mineral notes and elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Familia Silva Branco is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca of the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, the grapes were trodden in granitic Lagares at controlled temperatures and has stayed in contact with the stalks and skins for 2 weeks. After this process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 18 months, where it was subjected to contact with the lees, prior to being decanted, lightly filtered, and bottled.

Familia Silva Branco is an elegant red wine with intense aromas of red fruits, along with notes of spices, balsamic nuances, and delicate floral fragrances. It is a red wine with solid and fruity tannins, mineral, and with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
