Fat Baron Premium Red Blend is a fruity, complex, and elegant red wine. It displays a bouquet of ripe black fruits, floral notes, and balsamic aromas. With silky and enveloping tannins, it finishes with very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Fat Baron Premium Red Blend is a red wine produced with Castelão, Touriga Nacional, and Alicante Bouschet, red grape varities blend, planted in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in used French and American oak barrels for 12 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Fat Baron Premium Red Blend is a red wine of enormous aromatic complexity and an elegant and enveloping profile. Exhibiting notes of ripe black fruits and berries, it displays delicate floral notes, balsamic aromas, and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
