Cardo Premium is a fruity and elegant red wine. Exhibiting intense notes of ripe red fruits, it combines high-quality balsamic notes, floral fragrances, polished tannins, and well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Cardo Premium is a red wine produced from organic red grape varieties of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Beira Interior wine region. After the fermentation process that occurred in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Cardo Premium is a red wine with great aromatic intensity, highlighting aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate floral fragrances, notes of vanilla and spices, enveloping tannins, and delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
