Monte Da Cal Saturno Reserva is a red wine with intense and complex aromas. It presents exuberant notes of ripe, macerated red fruits, along with balsamic notes, floral notes, and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte Da Cal Saturno Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barreçs where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Monte Da Cal Saturno Reserva is an elegant and aromatic red wine, displaying aromas of ripe black fruit with high-quality balsamic notes. Among the fruity notes, aromas of cherries and ripe plums stand out, with vanilla laced with notes of spices and dried tobacco leaf. It is a wine with round, well-defined tannins and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
