Winemaking:
After the harvest, a careful selection of the lots of grapes is carried out. Each grape varietie is vinified separately. A thermal shock is given to the grapes, followed by a trodden by foot for 4 hours. The musts are transferred to the stainless steel vats where they ferment, under the control of temperatures of 27ºC. Afterwards a maceration is carried out between 7 and 15 days. The musts aged 12 months in French oak barrels 2 and 3 years before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Monte da Ravasqueira Vinha das Romãs is a red wine with great aromatic expression, complexity in its aromas and great delicacy. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral notes, notes of berries and wild strawberries, along with balsamic notes. It is a very balanced red wine, with imposing tannins and highly polished acidity.

Duorum is a red wine with an intense red colour and dark violet tones. Its aroma is dominated by ripe black fruits, blackberries, prunes, and cassis. It's dense, full-bodied fruity, with well-balanced acidity, firm and ripe tannins. It features an elegant, long-lasting ending.
Oboé Som da Barrica is an intense and opulent red wine from the Douro Region. Of austere and sharped tannins, it's wonderfully balanced between ripe black fruit aromas, freshness, and persistence. It presents several aromas of plums, blackberries, blueberries and figs so well integrated into the balsamic notes, moist soil scents and its wonderful acidity.
Quinta da Romaneira Touriga Franca Vinhas Velhas is a red wine produced from old vines in the Douro wine region. It is an intensely aromatic and floral red wine, rich in aromas of ripe red berries, such as blackberries, currants and raspberries. It is a robust red wine, with well-toned tannins, soft balsamic aromas, and polished acidity.
Sagrado Reserva is a vigorous, aromatic and complex red wine from the Douro wine region. It is a concentrated red wine, with well-defined and ripe black fruit aromas, an open and floral bouquet with light mineral and delicate balsamic aromas. It is a wine with polished, refined tannins and fantastic acidity.
