Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah Viognier is a complex red wine, of aromatic spectrum focused on the aromas of ripe black fruits, such as plums and blackberries, displaying delicious notes of chocolate, vanilla and spices. It presents refined and fine concentration, polished, dense tannins, notes of fresh herbs and extraordinarily elegant acidity
Winemaking:
Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah Viognier is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, and Viognier planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in granitic Lagares, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 18 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah Viognier is an enigmatic, elegant red wine from the Alentejo region, and exhibits a complex profile and a velvety structure. It shows a very refined concentration, with aromas of ripe black fruits, chocolate notes and perfumes of fresh herbs, such as mint and basil. It is a red wine with fleshy and juicy tannins and impeccable acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
