Quinta Do Cume Grande Reserva is a concentrated, balanced red wine with a full-bodied structure. Highlights striking aromas of ripe black fruits, elegant balsamic notes, vanilla, spices and dry tobacco wrapped in subtle tannins and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Do Cume Grande Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of old vines planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Quinta Do Cume Grande Reserva is an intense and fruity red wine that highlights its bouquet of ripe black fruit aromas, notes of black plum, figs and fleshy cherries wrapped in balsamic notes, intensely fruity tannins and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
