Quinta dos Castelares Reserva is a structured and complex red wine. It presents notes of black fruit. ripe well highlighted along with balsamic aromas, with nuances of vanilla, dry tobacco leaf and spices. With solid tannins, it presents an aromatic core and is full of fruit along with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Castelares Reserva is a red wine produced from the red grapes of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional, which are autochthonous varieties from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where the fermentation process took place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
