Quinta dos Murças VV47 is a very complex and intense red wine from the Douro Region. Of dark purple colour, it presents a lot of concentration of ripe black fruits aromas standing out the wild berries fragrances alongside wonderful scents of ripe plums. Its tannins are imposing and fresh, and it ends into a delicious acidity blended with lots of fruit concentration.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Murças VV47 is a red wine produced with indigenous red grapes from old vines of the Douro region. After grapes being foot trodding in granitic Lagares, the wine was fermented for 14 days, in contact of the skins and the stalks, at controlled temperatures. The wine has transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Quinta dos Murças VV47 is an intense, concentrated and opulent red wine from the Douro region. Marked by the intense concentration of aromas of ripe black fruit, it is a wine that features delicious balsamic notes, barrel notes, black chocolate, and mint. Of austere tannins, it aligns a great minerality to a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
