Quinta Seara D’ordens Reserva is a red wine of great elegance, mineral and fruity. It presents notes of ripe red fruits, highlighting flavours of raspberries and ripe cherries together with delicious floral fragrances and balsamic notes. It is a red wine with soft and silky tannins along with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Seara D’ordens Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta Seara D’ordens Reserva is a red wine with enormous aromatic amplitude, highlighting fresh notes of ripe red fruits. Aromas of cherry, raspberries and ripe wild strawberries are displayed, with resinous notes, rockrose and delicate balsamic notes also emerging. With silky, smooth tannins, a deeply fruity core displays fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
