Segredos de São Miguel Syrah is a red wine from the Alentejo wine region that displays complex aromas of berries, along with flavours of red plums and fragrances of cherry blossom. It presents delicate floral hints, with pleasant balsamic notes and elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Segredos de São Miguel Syrah is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed, for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
