Senhor de Távora Premium is an elegant red wine with great aromatic intensity and high-quality balsamic nuances. It also displays fine, velvety tannins, highlighting aromas of ripe red fruits, such as ripe cherries and plums, along with delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Senhor de Távora Premium is a red wine made from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz, red grape varieties planted in the Douro wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months before being blended and bottled.
