Vallado Adelaide is a red wine produced from Vinhas Velhas (some over 100 years old), from the Douro region, where Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Touriga Nacional predominate. After a long maceration of 9 days in the cold, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and remained in new French oak barrels for 16 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vallado Adelaide is a very concentrated red wine, full-bodied and firm with balsamic notes of oak and black fruits. In the mouth, it is firm, ripe, with demarcated tannins and a very complex and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
Lenda de Dona Maria is an elegantly red wine from the Alentejo region, which expresses all its vigor with intense aromas of wild fruits, nuances of ripe black fruit. It features round tannins and very balanced acidity.
Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah is a red wine of great elegance, with delicious aromas of ripe black fruits, flavours of fresh herbs, delicate hints of mint and basil, notes of wild fruits, mineral nuances and highly polished acidity.
Quinta do Carqueijal is a refined, polished and fruity red wine from the Douro region. It is a red wine with an open aromatic bouquet, with aromas of good ripe fruits, notes of vanilla and rosemary notes. It is a fresh wine, medium body and with good acidity.
Luis Pato Vinhas Velhas is a red wine extracted from the Baga grape variety from old vines with more than 40 years of the wine region of Bairrada. Of structured and powerful body, this wine presents an elegance in its core with fruity and succulent tannins and intense aromas of very mature black fruits and a markedly mineral structure.
Post Scriptum is an elegant wine with a deep garnet colour. It has a strong presence of black fruit as plums and cherries and it has an attractive resinous note. It's lush and round a slightly mineral underscored by a fine acidity.
Alento Reserva is an elegant and round red wine, full of intense aromas of ripe fruit from the Alentejo wine region. With a sober body, it features soft and juicy tannins, aromas of ripe red fruits like plums, cherries, and blackberries, as well as delicious balsamic notes and very balanced acidity.
