Vinha do Carmo is a full-bodied, fruity, and fresh red wine. Exhibiting aromas of ripe red fruits, it displays notes of plum, cherries, and blueberries, along with delicate floral fragrances. It exhibits fine and silky tannins, balsamic notes, spices, and vanilla, and well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha do Carmo is a red wine produced from red grapes of Alfrocheiro, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet from the Lisboa wine region. After a short period of maceration with the skins and the stalks, at cold temperatures, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine has stayed for 3 months in new French oak barrels, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vinha do Carmo is a fresh, fruity, and very elegant red wine. Exhibiting an open bouquet of aromas, it displays ripe red fruit notes, delicate floral notes, balsamic aromas, silky and enveloping tannins, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
