Aliança Grande Reserva is a sparkling wine that presents aromas of tropical fruit with ripe citrus and notes of toasted bread, yeast and delicate floral notes. It is a sparkling wine that has a fine and elegant bubble with aromas of passion fruit mousse, with highlighted mineral aromas and very well integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Aliança Grande Reserva is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Baga and Chardonnay from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation the sparkling wine aged for 36 months in the cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Aliança Grande Reserva is a sparkling wine that presents buttery aromatic notes and tropical fruit, such as pineapple and banana along with notes of toast and yeast. In the mouth it is fresh, voluminous with a passion fruit mousse, presenting strong minerality and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
