Alameda de Santar Parcela is a fresh, elegant and mineral white wine from the Dão region. It has well-pronounced delicious citrus aromas, balanced by aromas of delicate orchard fruits and floral notes. It is a very balanced white wine with polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Alameda de Santar Parcela is a white wine produced with white grapes of Encruzado, and Arinto from the Dão wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in stainless steel vats, for 4 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Alameda de Santar Parcela is an intense and mineral white wine from the Dão wine region. It presents dominant citrus notes, floral nuances, orchard fruit aromas, delicate pollination notes and extremely elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
