Winemaking:
The Harvest takes place very early in the morning, followed by the delivery of the grapes to the winery. Here the grapes are cooled by a heat shock, induced, destemming and gentle pressing. The musts remain at rest for 24 hours at low temperatures. The fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures of 15ºC in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. The aging is followed by fine lees under regular bâtonnage. Before bottling the wine is stabilized cold and filtered.

Mouchao Dom Rafael is a white wine with citrus aromas and tropical fruits from the Alentejo region. Presents mineral notes, intense aromas of fruits of white-bark, such as pear, peach and apple, and a final full of elegance and freshness.

Conde D’ervideira Branco De Inverno is a white wine that presents an intense and open aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of tropical fruit and ripe citrus fruits. Displays fragrances of tangerine and orange blossom, and pineapple, along with dry structure, incisive minerality and extraordinary acidity.
Terrenus Reserva is a full-bodied white wine produced from different white grape varieties from Vinhas Velhas planted in the Alentejo wine region. It is citrusy with intense aromas of white pulp fruits like golden apple and apricots, with hints of dried fruit and balanced acidity.
Titular Colheita is an elegant and fresh white wine. Displays fresh aromas with notes of lemon, lime and apple. It is a fruity white wine, with good notes of minerality and extraordinary acidity.
