Winemaking:
A monovarietal wine from the Alvarinho variety. After the harvest the grapes were sent to the cellar where they were de-stemmed, pressed, followed by a settling at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures for 15 days. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 6 months in contact with the fine lees and was subject to regular bâtonnages. The wine was stabilized in the cold and filtered before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 18ºC. Serve the temperature between 10 and 12ºC
Monte da Peceguina Verdelho is a white wine with a creamy texture, rich, open and generous. It's dominated by the aromas of pears, bitter almonds, fresh herbs and a glint of citric fragrances. It is a full-bodied white wine with plenty of freshness.
Pouca Terra is an expressive and aromatic white wine from the Douro region. It presents mineral notes, of granitic rock, moist metal expressions, surrounded by intense aromas of tropical fruits and citric nuances. It is a wine with an elegant body and good acidity.
Quinta da Pacheca is a fresh, irreverent and floral white wine from the Douro region. It presents a fresh aromatic bouquet, with a slight concentration of citrus aromas, floral nuances and soft acidity.
Dona Helena is a light and fresh white wine from the region of Palmela. It exudes floral and tropical fruit aromas and smooth acidity.
Aliás Bairrada, it is an extremely complex white wine from the region of Bairrada. It is dominated by mineral scents such as graphite, granitic stone, gunpowder and earth, along with white fruit aromas and some citrus fruits. It reveals a fantastic volume and structure interwoven in subtle wood aromas and a great acidity.
Very fresh and mineral aroma, citrus and floral hints very typical of high-altitude Douro white wines. Fresh on the palate, vibrant and fruity with medium finish.
