Mocho Galego Premium is a white wine of medium aromatic intensity, with aromas of stone fruits such as peach and white plum, delicate floral notes and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Mocho Galego Premium is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Viognier planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Mocho Galego Premium is an elegant, fresh white wine with a very expressive aromatic bouquet. It is dominated by aromas of stone fruits such as peaches and white plums, together with delicate floral notes and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
