Teixuga is a white wine that displays an intense aromatic bouquet dominated by wonderful notes of passion fruit and pineapple. It is a white wine sprinkled with citrus aromas, such as lime and lemon and complemented with delicious balsamic notes. It is a mineral white wine with delicious saline notes, immense mouth volume and extraordinarily well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Teixuga is a white wine produced with Encruzado white grape varieties of old vines from the Dão wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 19 months.

Teixuga is a top-range white wine with extraordinary elegance and aromaticity. It displays notes of tropical fruit where the bouquet of aromas is dominated by notes of passion fruit and pineapple. Shows citrus notes along with. saline notes and barrel notes. It is a white wine with great aromatic range, velvety, which ends with extraordinary acidity and length in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
