Fat Baron Sauvignon Blanc is an extremely elegant, fruity, and fresh white wine. Exhibiting a predominantly citrus bouquet, it displays notes of fresh citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, along with notes of tropical fruits like passion fruit and mango, and a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Fat Baron Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes of Sauvignon Blanc. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Fat Baron Sauvignon Blanc is a fruity, rich white wine with a fresh, citrusy aromatic profile. It displays aromas of fresh citrus fruits and delicate tropical notes along with a very well-balanced acidity.

Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
