Frei Joao Classico is a sublime white wine, extraordinarily balanced and tense. Displays well-highlighted citric notes, vegetable fragrances and hints of vanilla and delicate wood. It is a complex white wine, with a mineral core and delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Frei Joao Classico is a white wine produced in the Bairrada wine region with white grapes of Cercial, and Bical. The wine was subjected to a short maceration and transferred to stainless steel tanks where it took place the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it has been in contact with fine lees and where it has been subjected to regular stirring, for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Frei Joao Classico is an opulent, tense white wine from the wine region of Bairrada with a mineral profile. Highlights citric aroma notes with delicate notes of vanilla and spices, light floral and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
