Casa de Vilacetinho Avesso Superior is a white wine with great character and aromatic complexity. It presents dominant citrus notes, along with nuances of orchard fruits, with hints of green tea and orange blossom. It is a striking white wine, full of creaminess, minerality and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa de Vilacetinho Avesso Superior is a white wine produced in the wine region of the Vinhos Verdes with white grapes of Avesso. The grapes were subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. The fermentation process occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and the wine was subjected to regular stirring for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Casa de Vilacetinho Avesso Superior is an immensely aromatic, complex white wine with a body with a velvety and creamy structure. Dominated by citrus notes, there are aromas of orchard fruits, hints of lemon balm tea and orange blossom. It is a very fresh white wine, with very present mineral notes along with very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
