Guarda Rios is a well-structured and balanced white wine. Displays notes of orchard fruits, with tropical nuances, and citrus touches. It is a fresh and mineral white wine with very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Guarda Rios is a white wine produced with the best white grapes of Antão Vaz, and Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. The harvest occurred at night. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Guarda Rios is a white wine resulting from the combination of two typical white grape varieties from the Alentejo region, Antao Vaz and Arinto. It results in a fruity, aromatic blend, rich in aromas of ripe orchard fruits, tropical nuances and citrus touches. It is a very elegant white wine, with a great aromatic bouquet and very well integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
