Winemaking:
Manual harvest followed by a quick pressing, without any contact with the skin of the grapes. The fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks and part of the batch was aged in French oak barrels (25%) for 7 months with fine lees. Filtration and bottling.

Esporão Vinho de Talha Roupeiro is a white wine vinified in ancient clay pots that gave this white wine complex mineral notes, such as earthy and saline notes, together with aromas of orchard fruits, citrus notes, and light tropical nuances.
