Monte Da Cal Saturno Reserva is a white wine with complex and fresh aromas. It presents exuberant tropical notes and floral notes, with orange blossom and lemon essences standing out. Displaying a fruity bouquet with aromas of passion fruit and melon, this is an elegant, mineral white wine with very well-balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte Da Cal Saturno Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Alvarinho, Arinto, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermantation process the wine was trasferred to French oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Monte Da Cal Saturno Reserva is a white wine with complex and rich fruit aromas. It displays notes of tropical fruits such as passion fruit, banana, and melon, punctuated by ripe citrus flavors, floral hints of orange blossom and lemon blossom, finishing with very well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
